By accessing and using HUBB24, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of the HUBB24 platform, including all content, services, and products available at or through the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

HUBB24 provides a platform for users to buy and sell products. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, and fulfillment. Buyers are responsible for reading product descriptions and making informed purchasing decisions.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Direct bank transfers are made between buyers and sellers and are not held, guaranteed, or protected by HUBB24. A transfer reference or receipt is evidence submitted for review and is not proof that funds have cleared. Payment-gateway protection will apply only when a gateway option is expressly shown at checkout. Any platform fee will be disclosed before an order is placed. Sellers remain responsible for applicable taxes.

HUBB24 facilitates delivery services through registered couriers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Couriers are independent contractors and are responsible for safe delivery of goods. HUBB24 is not liable for delivery delays or damages during transit.

Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, sell prohibited items, manipulate reviews, or violate any laws. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
